Cindy Campbell

Cindy is the Regional Director of Operations for Tuscan Gardens Senior Living. Cindy is responsible for the direction and oversight of day to day operations, including staff recruitment and training, budget management, compliance with local, state and federal regulations, development, review, and implementation of company standard operating procedures, risk management and preopening services.

Before joining Tuscan Gardens, Cindy was an Operations Specialist for the industry’s largest provider, Brookdale, gaining tremendous experience and knowledge while successfully managing communities from 45 units to as large as 900, in multiple states from Florida to Virginia, throughout all phases of senior living from Independent living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. In addition to her most recent role and over the last 16+ years, Cindy has successfully performed roles as Regional Director of Operations for a 10-community region, Executive Director for communities of up to 300 residential suites and Sales Director of start-up and established communities. Cindy began her career working with seniors in her family’s nationally recognized Hearing Aid Manufacturing Company for over 17 years as Executive Vice President. Cindy’s passion for seniors is equaled by her drive for developing talent and creating and operating successful communities.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College.
